A conversation with my dad made me think about sunglasses. And….

That led me to thinking that….

If there are sunglasses, why isn’t there any MOONGLASSES? ( Crazy, I know. But since this is a post about a musing of mine, who cares?) Haha.
Anyway, since sunglasses protect your eyes from the harmful rays of the Sun, I think moonglasses should do the opposite. Well, it’s dark at night so maybe it can somehow enhance the vision of its wearer. Muahaha.

Remember the series Kingdom Hospital that was showed on tv a few years back? I didn't get to watch the whole series. T__T I've quite forgotten about it actually, until a few days ago I found it on youtube through random clicking.(Now, I'm going to try and watch the whole series)

I can be really blur at times. Especially when it comes to knowing relatives from my extended family. For example, I didn't know I had a cousin who studied in the same school as I do until I was in Form 3.

The same thing happened again yesterday when my driving instructor was sending me to the centre.

Instructor: You know ah, the three girls that your dad recommended to learn driving with me last week are your relatives.

Me: Huh? I don't know. All I know is that my dad knows them.

Instructor: But they have same surname as you wor..only different spelling la..uh..something like png or phang....

Me:Ah, I don't know le...

Instructor: True. There's one that live at bla bla then another at bla bla...(the other one's missing)

Me: Huh? I only know one I think. But she live at bla bla wor...I don't know le..

Instuctor: Surely they are your relatives. There's one that looks like you. Like sisters.

The instructor was probably thinking what kind of person am I for not knowing who her relatives are...

Back at home, the truth was revealed.

It turned out that the three girls ARE my COUSINS. But not 'direct' cousins. My dad and their dads are cousins so we are like cousins also?(I don't know what's the term).

I know who they are, I have seen them before, yet I have no recall of them when my instructor asked me about them. And the one that I thought who lived at bla bla actually lived at bla bla..
Then there's another who turned out to be the cousin who attended the same school as me.*smacks forehead*

My mum was like ''How can you not know about them?'' No comment.

And I knew about the deal with the different spellings of our surnames...O__o So why couldn't I remember?!

I will NEVER really know much about my extended family. Simply because, there's too many!! I bet some of you have the same problem as I do, don't you?

One Day In My Life..

I don't think the title's suitable for what had happened, but it did happen ONE DAY IN MY LIFE..:)

I was in the car on my way to my grandfather's house yesterday when I saw...

A LIZARD stuck in between the hinges of the car door!!(is that the correct term?I mean "hinges" )

I don't know how it got there. I was playing games in my phone when I looked up and saw it squirming in front of me. It was struggling to get out..

Anyway, I couldn't open the car door as we were on the road so it had to wait for 10 agonising minutes before i could open the door and release it. Don't worry, it got out safe and sound!! 8D

I even took a picture of it. :p

Sorry for the poor quality though..

Anyway, I think what happened yesterday was kind of funny..hehe. Have a nice day everyone!

I would like to correct a mistake for my previous post about turkey bowling. I forgot to mention that plastic bottles of soft drinks or water are used as bowling pins.(in case there's some misunderstanding that the bottles are empty. >_<)

Turkey Bowling

We all know what bowling is. But, I've never heard of TURKEY bowling. I searched about it and-this is what it is all about..

It's a sport similar to bowling, just that they use a frozen turkey as a bowling ball and plastic bottles as bowling pins. It's a sport that's associated with Thanksgiving.

There's online games on this sport. Although..I wonder what it's like to play it in real life..(goes to youtube xD)

See the name 'Pascal' and you would think about the unit Pascal(Pa) for pressure in physics. But no! Blaise Pascal is a French Mathematician born in the 17th century. So, why am I posting about him?

It's because: he was the man who found out that the total angles in a triangle is 180 degrees. That's why! It's because of him we learn about triangles, solutions in a triangle and a whole lot about geometry. Whats more, he came up with that discovery when he was 12! He also invented the first computer when he was only 19. So there you go. some facts about mathematics..more like it's history but nevermind. You can wiki about him if you want to know more. Bye!

The first day of school-my first post

Today's the first day of school and I wasn't in school!! :p I know the joke's lame because we all know why I wasn't. I've finally created a blog after saying that I would for sometime. It's mu first post and I have nothing much to post, but i will as time goes by. For now, I'll just post a song for everyone. Enjoy!
